Chen Qianyu is currently serving as a Research Associate for the CellFACE project at TUMCREATE, and is pursuing her doctoral studies at Data Processing Chair of CIT, Technical University of Munich. She holds an M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from the National University of Singapore. In 2021, Qianyu became part of the CellFACE team in Singapore, working under the supervision of Prof. Klaus Diepold. Her research spans several areas including data privacy, computer vision, and the application of AI in the biomedical sector.
Qianyu’s work primarily involves the image processing of clinical samples. Her key research area is in Federated Learning, where she focuses on developing privacy-centric solutions tailored to healthcare research. These solutions are particularly significant for multi-center studies, enabling enhanced sensitive data insights across global centers.
